Ogier's quest for third title ended with a win, his seventh of the season (out of ten rallies). He suffered from sweeping, dropping well down the order initially but then again did not suffer from dust in the forests. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
Kris Meeke

Meeke gained lead from Sordo, lost it to Latvala at the end of Day 1, regained it only to lose it to Ogier for good. Despite suffering from poor visibility due to dust, he kept his cool and finished on podium. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
Hayden Paddon

Hyundai switched local man Paddon to main team and Sordo to second team. Initially it was Sordo who used swept roads to full effect and led but fell back with gearbox and brake problems. Paddon had no such problems and was best Hyundai at the end. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
Ott Tanak

M-Sport Fords suffered from lack of experience, this being second time in Australia for both of the team's drivers. Evans was lost throughout the weekend and while Tanak fared little better, team had little reason for joy. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
