Prince of Monaco
Prince Albert is an exceptional addition to this section, I admit that. Yet, I wanted to include him for two reasons.
Firstly, winner of Rallye Monte Carlo has traditionally received his award from the hand of the Prince, making that win so much more precious. Secondly, annual FIA gala where champions are crowned, is hosted in Monaco and by the Prince. These two facts make ruler of Monaco the most prestigious non-competitor, second only perhaps to FIA president.
