Besides WRC winners, who all have profile page here, I automatically also include works drivers and most top-line privateers. Some other drivers can be included on case by case basis.

Until Corsica 2006, there were only four drivers that had achieved 23 or more wins in WRC. That is not the only thing these four drivers have in common. They have all driven for Subaru while at the top.
