14-Dec-2000 Ford signs Francois for 2001, contesting all rallies.
27-Nov-2000 Peugeot unceremoniously kick Francois out despite long service with the team, presumably because of his lack of self-restraint.
19-Oct-2000 Delecour publicly accusses team-mate Panizzi for conducting illegal recce for San Remo Rally, embarassing Peugeot team ahead of an important event.
8-Apr-1994 Citroen ZX of an amateur rally driver practising for a local rally collides with Francois Delecour who is test-driving his friend's Ferrari F40. Francois suffers serious leg injuries and for a time there is fear that his legs may have to be amputated. Just ten weeks later he is back in a rally car for a test and four months later again contests in WRC.
