Lancia-Abarth was at the height of it's power in late 1980's and size of the team reflected that with total staff of 284 people and total workshop area of 16,000 m2.
Not all were involved in rallying as Abarth also ran various other programmes like racing for Alfa-Romeo and did research work for FIAT but it gives some sort of idea what kind of behemoth was in question.
