Starting from 2019 season, Priority 1 drivers have been able to select permanent competition number. Previously, competition number was assigned either for the entire season or up until 1995 season, for individual WRC events based on previous performance on the given event.
This all-inclusive list of all competition numbers used under this regulation, including those of the retired drivers.
Note: Reigning World Champion is always assigned number one, hence that is not listed separately.
