Ott Tanak

Tanak started rally as favourite, having won it in 2017 and having won previous round in Finland as well. This time he was fast but had to fight for the win, which wasn't decided until Ogier got puncture on second day. Toyota's prospective 1-2 win was spoiled when gearbox on Latvala's car failed. Thierry Neuville

Fastest Hyundai was Sordo, who was fighting for 2nd overall with Latvala. Both of them hit trouble on Sunday morning, elevating Neuville (pictured) to second place and slighty increasing his championship lead. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
Sebastien Ogier

Ogier did well, pushing Tanak for the overall lead until on SS13 he got puncture and lost almost two minutes while changing that. Luckily for him, both Sordo and Latvala retired and Ogier also passed Mikkelsen by driving, thus he ended up fourth by the finish. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
Craig Breen

Citroen's speed was nowhere near of that they showed in Finland. Ostberg was 9th when he crashed on final day and Breen (pictured) finished only 7th, a meager result for the team. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
