After Sweden, Latvala led championship and was first on the road. Ogier was second and had to battle with Ostberg until his slight off, leaving Sebastien to cruise to victory.

While not especially competitive in yet underdeveloped Hyundai i20, Neuville still delivered steady and error-free performance and scored team's first podium finish.

Ostberg's luck did not hold - again. He led rally, scored number of stage wins and was on course for sure podium finish but went slightly wide and broke suspension.
