In a rally where nearly all drivers got at least one puncture, it was beneficial to get it early in rally and late in stage. Rovanpera was leading and seemed to set to win but punctured, handing lead to Ogier (pictured) who had punctured on SS2. His chances for Sunday and PS points were spoiled by last minute rain. Hyundais suffered from various technical maladies and of course, punctures. Fourmaux retired after final stage with mechanical problems and Tanak had his wipers broken twice and damper on PS, leaving Neuville (pictured) as best Hyundai in third place ahead of Tanak and behind Evans after tight battle. Early on, it looked like Ford's legendary points scoring run would come to an end as both Munster and McErlean retired on second day. Both rejoined the rally for the last day but finished well down in the order, McErlean 29th and Munster 39th. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
