Elfyn Evans

Toyota was thought to be strong at their home event but eventually their only solace was Evans' (pictured) determined and daring drive which netted him a win. Rovanpera suffered from incorrect setup and crashed on day 2 while Ogier seemed to be just focused on finishing to help with his title Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
Ott Tanak

Hyundai was way stronger here than previously and held 1-2 lead when second day dawned. However, as Evans found his feet both Tanak (pictured) and Breen were gradually but steadily left behind. Tanak kept his cool and while he couldn't challenge Evans, he bested Breen and finished second. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
Gus Greensmith

M-Sport again did not have pre-event test and fielded an under-developed car. Fourmaux had new co-driver and just one previous start so it was no wonder that Greensmith (pictured) was faster of the two but long way behind others. Click picture to see larger version in a pop-up window
